UN/CEFACT GTR Project - PST
Date: 24 July 2026
Attendees
- Sankarshan
- John
Summary
Two participants, no recording made.
Sankarshan and John walked through the agenda from yesterday's meeting and discussed the best way to approach administration of content during the public review.
Discussion included handling review comments, Sankarshan's proposal for content guide (and potential auto-processing of submitted content).
Discussion in time status management and alignment with TRQP work.
Discussion on implications of UNTP DIA and W3C ReconizedEntityCredential (https://github.com/w3c/vc-recognized-entities/pull/104). Thoughts shared were:
-
How might it work technically? What extensions/changes would need to be made to the DIA definition (or the W3C REC) to merge the two concepts? Can the DIA be an extension to the W3C REC?
-
What are the implications of those changes for existing work on UNTP and GRID?
-
Who would govern the result?
Decisions
Aligned
-
Batch review comment processing To avoid a moving feast of content that might confuse reviewers, we will update periodically during the review period. Every 20 days was suggested as a suitable timeframe.
-
Parent review issues need child review issues (not tasks) GitLab tasks are atomic actions and don't allow discussion and commentary. J+S agreed that the review issues raised that contain a number of sub issues should be handled as parent and child issues.
-
Sankarshan's proposed content guidelines to be reviewed J+S agreed that the proposed guidelines should be reviewed by other active project participants..
Next steps
-
[John Phillips] Re-process Chris Papp review issue to create child issues not tasks.
-
[All] Review Proposed Content Guidelines.
-
[John Phillips, Sankashan] Work on TRQP/DIA History concepts.
